The next weeks, during May, I write for the MMM13 Posts as well german and english in my blog. Please excuse my lousy english. I haven' practised for a long time. The Me Made May starts for me with a lazy day-Outfit, as it is a holiday in Germany "Tag der Arbeit". All members of my family suffer because of hay fever, so we will stay at home, leave the bicycle in the cellar and watch the beautiful sun through the windows - happy to be one day not in trouble with the pollen. The german visitors of my blog already know my dress. You will find more Information about the dress, but only in german. I hope the translator-button in the right sidebar will work.
Da ich in den nächsten Wochen an dem internationalem, englischsprachigem Event Me Made May 13 teilnehme, schreibe ich in den nächsten Wochen mindestens die MMM13 getaggten Posts auch in englisch. Ich weiß, die deutschen MMM-Teilnehmerinnen kennen mein Outfit schon, aber das ist, was ich heute trage: mein Blümchen-Vichy-Hauskleid.
Der Me Made May 13 beginnt für mich mit einem faulen Tag zu Hause im Rumlümmel-Outfit, da in Deutschland Feiertag ist. Als vom Heuschnupfen geplagte Familie, werden wir wohl das Fahrrad im Keller lassen und uns die Sonne durch die Fensterscheiben ansehen, froh, einmal nicht in die Luft voller Pollen hinaus zu müssen.
While in winter time I wear at home the proscribed Sweatpants, I prefer dresses from spring to autumn. We live in loft under the roof, the temperatures increase during the day, my outfit of the day changes: I start with dress, leggins and thin jacket and I will certainly refrain throughout the day on the leggings and jacket to them in the evening to draw again. This dress is sewn with a simple free pattern from Schnittquelle (Link to download) made from viscose Jersey.
Während ich in den Wintermonaten zur verpönten Jogginghose greife, trage ich von Frühling bis Herbst zuhause am liebsten Kleider. Da wir in einer Dachwohnung leben, deren Temperaturen im Laufe des Tages bei Sonne stark ansteigen, wird sich mein Outfit des Tages sicherlich noch verändern: ich starte mit Kleid, Leggins und Jäckchen und werde sicherlich im Laufe des Tages auf die Leggins und das Jäckchen verzichten, um sie abends wieder an zu ziehen. Na, habt ihr gemerkt, dass bei mir was fehlt? Es fühlt sich wunderbar an, wenn ich auch draußen noch "mit" unterwegs bin.
Althoug I like the pattern (Vichy from Schnittquelle available as download pattern for free) very much, because it is very uncomplicated, I am not shure, wether I like flower print or not. This ist the reason, why I still call the dress a "home-dress", but I am not shure, if this will change in den next months. By the way: I organise a Motto-Monat, called "flower print month" ("Blümchen-Monat") in my blog during may. We meet at 6.5. and 27.5. at my blog to show flower-print-Outfits and discuss, whether they are good looking for the woman or not and what to learn about flower prints.
Obwohl ich den Schnitt (Vichy von der Schnittquelle gibt es immer noch gratis) dieses unkomplizierten Kleides sehr mag, fremdele ich immer noch mit dem Blümchen-Muster. Deswegen hat dieses Kleid bisher den Status "Haus-Kleid" noch nicht verlassen. Mal schauen, wie sich das in den nächsten Monaten entwickelt. By the way: denkt ihr daran, dass wir am nächsten Montag das erste Treffen des Blümchen-Monats-Mai haben? Ich bin schon sehr gespannt darauf zu erfahren, wie es euch mit Blümchen auf Kleidung geht.
